We, the women of Women’s Council 1, did our best to follow the Lord’s instructions with prayer, reverence, and care for all involved. We approached this sacred responsibility with no agenda, only a desire to protect the innocent, invite repentance, and preserve truth.

Many of the accusations against WCL1 are based on misunderstandings or assumptions by those who were not present and did not seek firsthand knowledge. This page provides clear, documented evidence showing that we followed the Lord’s requirements—honoring both scripture and the spirit of the process He outlined.

The council was properly formed, conducted with spiritual integrity, and resulted in the man retaining his priesthood certificate. If our purpose was condemnation, we failed. But if our goal was to obey the Lord and judge righteously—we succeeded. We stand by the integrity of this council.
